Join us for this first network meeting in the Midlands.

The purpose of the Network is to help you move beyond command and control by connecting you to fellow travellers, sharing the profound achievements of pioneers and equipping you with the practical means to make progress.

The meeting is FREE to attend.


1:30 to 2:00 – Informal networking

2:00 to 2:10 – Introduction

2:10 to 2:30 – Finding out what matters

2:30 to 3:15 – Case study:  The art of the possible – pushing boundaries in commissioning (social care)

3:15 to 4:00 – Vanguard expert surgery/further informal networking with peers

The venue is a brisk 5 minute walk from Stafford train station and there are a number of car parks nearby.

Refreshments are on a ‘Bring your own’ basis.  There is a nearby shopping centre with a Marks & Spencer, Greggs, Costa etc. You are very welcome to eat your lunch during the first half hour of the meeting which will be informal.
