This is an opportunity to build a much deeper understanding of deploying the Vanguard Method from our most experienced mentors.
You will be equipped with knowledge, insights, frameworks and tactics to either actively lead systemic change or support others to do so. The content is based on what we teach our own consultants as part of their development and covers the two key components of the Vanguard Method – systems theory (how to see and act systemically) and intervention theory (how to help others to lead change). The course is open to change agents and operational / support system leaders from public, private and third sectors who preferably have some prior insight into the Vanguard Method.
To be able to cover the content in the most effective way, the course is designed as four consecutive days in a hotel near Birmingham.
There will be a combination of classroom teaching, exploration of case studies and role play.
Delegates will be expected to be actively engaged throughout and also to undertake reflective homework in the evening and talk about this in the morning debrief.
Due to the intensity of the content and interactive design, we will run the programme with (min) 6, 9 or 12 (max) delegates.
The fee, including overnight accommodation and meals, is £1,995 + VAT.
